Ways to get information

When a citizen has been allowed to request information, the citizen has the right to receive information in a few ways.

• By monitoring the work, person can observe the work in a workplace or place.
  Monitoring records - Any document, report, file, who can check and read it.
• It can be copied or quoted from relevant documents or records.
• Can receive certified copies of relevant documents or reports
• Certified specimens of materials - A specially formulated specimen of each substance, such as a product, a concrete mixture, etc. can also be received.
• Where information is stored on a computer or other device, it may be accessed by a citizen as floppies, optical cassettes or other electronic means (CD / DVD) or printed copies.

How can I request information?

• By filling out an application (R TI 01) or,
• By submitting a request letter or,
• By written request or,
• By Fax, e-mail, electronic media requests can be submitted

reason for rejection of providing information?

• Personal information
• Information that has an impact on the country's economic and financial policies, security, territorial integrity and security of the country
• Protective provisions under the Intellectual Property Act
• When a third party does not willing to share the information of that party
• Information that is subject to contempt of court or to the judiciary
• Requests for information that are to be kept secretly under various agencies and legal provisions are rejected
• Refusal to accept request for information
• Not allowing access to information
• Compliance with periods
• Information is incomplete and false
• Charging extra fees
• If information is distorted

 Note:

• An officer appearing in the applicant's 14 days deadline can appeal to the officer in charge of filling in the Form 10
• An aggrieved citizen can appeal to the Information Commission within two months after receiving the decision.
